Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders marked as “Buy Now” are in stock in South Africa and will be processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you want to save some costs, choose the “Wait for next cycle mail out” option. Your order will then be sent during the next mail out cycle. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (For International Shipping read below)

All orders marked as “Order Now” are bought on your behalf from the Weverse Global Store or POCA Market (South Korea) and will be processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order from South Korea. These orders are subject to the release date on Weverse and may take 1-2 months to ship from South Korea. For POCA Market orders, the processing time is dependent on the number of orders in the group. The availability of products is subject to change without prior notification. In the event that items become out of stock after purchase, a full refund will be provided.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer 2 options: a flat rate of R99 for sending out the next business day and R75 for sending out on the next mail out cycle which is every 10 working days.

International Shipping (Read Process carefully)

We do offer international shipping to most countries served by DHL or Fedex.

TIP: Divide the prices by approximately 17 to get the equivalent US$ price

Please note that FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT. A SEPARATE INVOICE WILL BE SENT.

Process to order from outside of South Africa:

  1. Calculate your estimated costs on www.rush.co.za. Average international shipping for 1 album is US$80.
  2. Photocard Special Price: For all group orders over 50 items the shipping cost is US$25 (normally +-US$50)
  3. Order the product and select International Shipping.
  4. We will send you a separate invoice for the shipping costs.
  5. Once the shipping costs have been paid, we will ship your order within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  6. If shipping costs are not received within 2 days and the order is cancelled, we will refund the original purchase amount minus 5% for transaction fees.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Midnight Gallery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days (within South Africa only) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All purchases are final.

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will strive to find a satisfactory solution.

For “Order Now” items, a refund will only be issued if the product becomes out of stock after purchase. If the product is still available on the Weverse Global Store or POCA Market, no refund will be provided.
