Shipping Policy
All orders marked as “Buy Now” are in stock in South Africa and will be processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. (For International Shipping read below)
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Due to increasing courier costs we now have a flat rate of R99. However, we do offer free delivery for purchases over R1500.
International Shipping
TIP: Divide the prices by approximately 15 to get the equivalent US$ price
Shipping is now calculate at check out. Please note that even if the shipping option states “Including taxes” The Midnight Market is not liable for any additional taxes and duties the destination country might levy.
Please prepare for any contingencies.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Midnight Gallery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days (within South Africa only) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All purchases are final.
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We do not accept exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will strive to find a satisfactory solution.
For “Order Now” items, a refund will only be issued if the product becomes out of stock after purchase.
